5 Easy Tips to Start Your Day Off Motivated

5 Tips to Start your day off motivated and the motivational bracelet that helps.

We have learned a few things over the years about motivational morning routines that can set your day up for success.  Since we have accumulated a laundry list of them we thought we’d condense some of the easiest ones into this 5 SUPER easy tips to starting your day off on the right foot.

5. You Snooze, You Lose: No Snooze Button

The snooze button is your first obstacle to overcome each morning.  When your alarm goes off, pop out of bed and don’t let that easy little “5 more minutes” button tempt you.  You’ll be amazed how much a few more minutes to get ready in the morning and not rushing around will motivate you and set your day up for success.

4. Housekeeping: Make Your Bed

Now that you have conquered the Snooze Button, MAKE YOUR BED! So many successful people recommend completing this little task because it means you can check something off your to-do list meer minutes after getting up! It also means that when you get back to your bed after a long day you have a fresh looking cloud to crawl into.

3. Stretch It Out:  Wake Your Body with Light Stretches

I know you need to get your day started but hear me out.  Your mind may be awake but your body could use a little help. Doing some light stretching or yoga poses gets your blood flowing and loosen up any tight muscles.  This act makes you more mindful and helps ease you into your day ahead.

2. Drink Up: Have a Glass of Water When you Wake

You were asleep (if you’re lucky) for 6+ hours and unless you sleep walk to the kitchen for a glass of water, you were not consuming any H2O.  Whether you know it or not, you are dehydrated. Keep a glass of water by your bed and chug that bad boy down after you get up. Your body will thank you, your skin will thank you...we all thank you.

1. Smile Baby: Crack a Smile First Thing

You may wake and think about the marathon long To Do List or that very important meeting later that afternoon but when you wake up, take a few seconds to yourself and just crack a smile.  The effect of this small positive act can be felt the moment those corners of your mouth lift up. It causes a sense of happiness and ultimately gratefulness for another day to be your best self.

Hope these tips inspire you kick off your morning just right and motivate you throughout the day.
