Shipping 

There is no dilly-dallying over here. 

All orders ship within 24-48 hours. 

All orders in the US over $8 are shipped for FREE via USPS. 

US Orders consisting of a single ( that means 1) Refocus Band will ship via regular post mail in a flat envelope and may take 5-7 business days to arrive. There is no tracking available for this.  

All other orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail and usually take 2-3 days to arrive depending on where you live. A tracking number is also provided to allow you to keep an eye out for your awesome order :) 

Do you ship internationally?

But of course! ( said in our best French accent ) Flat rate shipping is available to Canada for $9.50 and the rest of the world for $13.50. With international orders, shipping times may vary.  

What if I something I ordered wasn’t delivered?

First off, stay calm. Deep, concentrated breaths and drink plenty of fluids. We’d love to help! Shoot us an email deanna@shoplacle.com - and we will look into things right away and find the fastest solution. 

For International orders things are a bit trickier and there is a tiny risk involved since the package travels so far! Once we have shipped out the package La Clé is no longer liable for any lost packages. With that being said we still have your back and will do our best to help locate your package and make sure your order gets delivered.

Sales

We offer discounts from time to time, some big and some small. Anytime there is a promotion running you may only apply one discount per order. Sometimes certain codes will be disabled during larger sales and reactivated once the sale is over.

Sizing

Apparel Refund/Exchange Policy

Refunds & Exchanges can only be made for products that are received defective or damaged. If you ordered the wrong size just reach out to deanna@shoplacle.com and we can help you get squared away. Please make sure items have not been worn before requesting for a refund or exchange.

All returns must be verified prior to you making the return shipment as we offer different return solutions depending on the nature of the return. Our goal is to always make sure you are happy.
