No dilly-dallying over here.

All orders ship within 24–48 hours.

All U.S. orders over $20 ship FREE via USPS. Orders containing a single Refocus Band ship via regular post mail in a flat envelope and may take 5–7 business days to arrive. No tracking is available for single-band orders.

All other orders ship USPS First Class Mail and typically arrive in 2–3 business days depending on your location. A tracking number is provided so you can keep an eye out for your order.

But of course! Flat rate shipping is available to Canada and worldwide. International shipping times may vary by location.

For international orders, please note that once a package has shipped, Refocus Bands® is not liable for lost packages. That said, we will always do our best to help locate your order and make sure it gets delivered.

Refunds and exchanges are available for products received defective or damaged. Ordered the wrong size? Just reach out and we'll get you squared away. Items must be unworn and requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be verified prior to shipment as we offer different solutions depending on the situation.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Refocus Bands®.
